1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "Player", or "you") and eq98 (hereinafter referred to as "eq98", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the eq98 platform, website, mobile application, and all related services available at eq98.net (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the eq98 Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the eq98 Platform.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the eq98 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• 2.5 You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement that would restrict your access to gaming platforms.
• 2.6 You must not have had a previous eq98 account suspended, terminated, or closed for cause.

eq98 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending compliance review.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Creating Your Account

To access the full features of the eq98 Platform, you must register an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Pakistani mobile number. eq98 relies on the information you provide to verify your identity and process payments — providing false information is a serious breach of these Terms.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each person is permitted to hold only one active eq98 account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, mobile number, payment method, device, or IP address — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, eq98 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any associated balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals without notice.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your eq98 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP with any third party. eq98 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your credentials. You must notify eq98 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

eq98 operates under international anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. KYC verification typically requires a government-issued photo identity document (such as a Pakistani CNIC or passport) and proof of address. eq98 may request additional documentation at its sole discretion. Accounts that remain unverified may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is completed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

eq98 currently supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. All transactions on the eq98 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). eq98 does not charge currency conversion fees on PKR transactions, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.2 Deposits

Deposits are generally processed instantly upon confirmation from your payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the Platform cashier at the time of transaction and are subject to change without prior notice. eq98 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. eq98 aims to process withdrawal requests to verified accounts within 24 to 72 hours of approval, depending on your chosen payment method. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or suspended where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, incomplete KYC verification, unmet bonus wagering requirements, or a pending compliance investigation. Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.

4.4 Transaction Limits

Minimum and maximum limits apply to both deposits and withdrawals. These limits are displayed in the Platform cashier and may differ by payment method. VIP players on the eq98 VIP programme may be eligible for enhanced transaction limits as part of their tier benefits.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

eq98 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, which are published alongside the relevant offer. The following general conditions apply to all eq98 bonuses:

• 5.1 Bonuses are only available to players who have completed account registration and, where applicable, identity verification.
• 5.2 All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also referred to as a rollover requirement) that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
• 5.3 Bonuses are valid only for the period stated on the promotion. Any unused bonus or bonus-derived winnings that remain subject to unmet wagering requirements will be forfeited upon expiry.
• 5.4 eq98 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time at its sole discretion. Where a bonus is withdrawn after being credited to a player's account, any wagering completed in good faith prior to notification will be honoured.
• 5.5 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a single promotion, exploiting technical errors, or coordinating with other players — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• 5.6 eq98 may, at its sole discretion, exclude players from specific promotions based on their deposit history, betting patterns, or VIP tier status.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

eq98 offers sports betting markets across cricket (including PSL, Pakistan internationals, and international tournaments), football, UFC, and a range of other sporting events. All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. eq98 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or where a technical error has affected the integrity of the market. In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino games available on eq98 — including live dealer tables, slots, and table games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealing protocols that have been independently audited for fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. eq98 shall not be held liable for any losses incurred through normal gameplay.

6.3 Bet Cancellations

Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the eq98 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. eq98 reserves the right to cancel bets in exceptional circumstances including, but not limited to, obvious pricing errors, match fixing investigations, event cancellations, or system technical failures.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the eq98 Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• 7.1 Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, or submitting forged identity documents.
• 7.2 Money Laundering: Using the eq98 Platform as a vehicle to launder proceeds of crime or to conduct any transaction that violates applicable anti-money laundering laws.
• 7.3 Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• 7.4 Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated mechanism to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit Platform features.
• 7.5 Account Sharing: Allowing any third party to operate your eq98 account or operating an account on behalf of another person.
• 7.6 Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider without first exhausting eq98's internal dispute resolution process.
• 7.7 System Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or undisplayed odds to gain an unfair financial advantage.

8. Responsible Gaming

eq98 is deeply committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its Pakistani players. Gaming is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment — it should never be treated as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses.

9. Intellectual Property

All content available on the eq98 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, website design, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, text, data, audio, video, and game content — is the exclusive property of eq98 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit, sell, or otherwise exploit any content from the eq98 Platform without our prior express written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, eq98 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for:

• 10.1 Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform.
• 10.2 Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
• 10.3 Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
• 10.4 Any losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or editorial content.
• 10.5 Any unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain credential security.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes eq98's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

11. Account Termination

You may close your eq98 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived solely from uncompleted wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification.

eq98 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion is detected or suspected.
• A regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or licensing body requires us to do so.
• The player is found to be ineligible under the criteria set out in Section 2.
• Continued operation of the account poses a reputational, legal, or financial risk to eq98.

12. Amendments to These Terms

eq98 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, eq98 will endeavour to notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under eq98's international operating licence. eq98 operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence and is subject to the regulatory requirements of its licensing jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact eq98's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. eq98 will endeavour to respond to all written complaints within five (5) business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to the independent dispute resolution mechanism specified by eq98's licensing authority.
